Cancellation Policy
Quotes and Adjustments When we prepare a quote, we consider many factors, including your guest count and selected menu options. If you need to make changes to your menu or head count, please note that this may affect your total cost and any savings applied to your event. You may make one change to your event details (menu or head count) if needed. This change must be submitted at least one month before your event date and cannot exceed 15% of the original quote. We reserve specific dates and times once your deposit is paid, and this policy helps us prevent financial loss related to staffing or materials already purchased. Deposit Information Big T’s Bar-B-Cue requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time of your event. This deposit confirms your booking and covers costs we incur as we purchase food and supplies. In the event of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance beyond your control, the deposit may be waived at our discretion. Final Payment The remaining balance is due no later than one week prior to your event.
